Behind our work are two professionals who have spent more than 30 years each in the world of court reporting and captioning.

Kelli has been a court reporter and captioner for 30 years, bringing decades of experience, precision, and professionalism to every assignment. She is also a past president of the Michigan Association of Professional Court Reporters (MAPCR), reflecting her longstanding commitment to the profession and the standards of quality it represents. Outside of work, Kelli is a proud mom of two daughters and has called Williamston home for many years.

Andrea has spent 30 years working as a captioner and quality control manager, developing an extensive background in realtime captioning, accuracy, and quality assurance. Her experience on both sides of the work gives her a unique understanding of what it takes to deliver reliable, polished captioning in real time. Andrea is also a mom of three grown children and lives in Williamston.
